Los testigos cuentan que el policía que conducía el patrullero se dirigía a toda velocidad, y que no habría respetado la preferencia de vía.
PERO ¿Qué fue lo que pasó? …
Según la denuncia que hacen moradores y testigos de este sector, responsabilizan al sub oficial Walter Mego Torres, quien en ese momento del accidente conducía la patrulla policial, una camioneta color blanco, marca Nissan de placa de rodaje PL 12158 de propiedad de la Policía Nacional del Perú.
