Pero un pleito de nunca acabar ha originado que esta situación continúe.
Desde hace tres semanas, las puertas del IVP Lamas, no se abren, el gerente general designado y avalado por 10 alcaldes distritales, conformantes del comité directivo, no ha podido continuar con sus labores, debido a que el gerente designado por un solo alcalde, es decir por Fernando Del Castillo Tang, se niega a ceder un cargo que se le habría designado tras bambalinas.
