La Asociación Nacional De Pensionistas Del Sector Agrario – ANPESA – Filial San Martín, firmó en el año 2002 un contrato con la persona de Luis Amado Vargas Polo, a fin de este, preste sus servicios profesionales como abogado en asuntos pensionarios a favor de más de 260 socios integrantes de la Asociación Nacional de Pensionistas del Sector Agrario – ANPESA – Filial San Martín, quienes reclamaron en ese año, se les restituya en sus pensiones sus derechos dejados de percibir, como refrigerio, movilidad, gratificaciones, escolaridad y vacaciones. Derechos que luego fueron ganados, y que hoy cobran los pensionistas del sector agrario.
Sin embargo, hoy estos más de 260 pensionistas e incluso los hijos de los jubilados fallecidos, han emprendido una batalla legal, con el mencionado abogado. Los pensionistas de la ANPESA filial San Martín acusan que luego 17 años de la firma de este contrato, el abogado Luis Amado Vargas Polo, estaría cobrando honorarios que no le corresponderían, por un trabajo que no habría realizado, así como lo detalla el presidente de la ANPESA, pensionistas denunciantes.
