El magistrado en imágenes, es el juez del juzgado mixto de la provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, Juan Carlos Coronel Cardozo.
Es, él, el protagonista de esta historia luego de que la Oficina Desconcentrada de Control de la Magistratura – ODECMA – le abriera un proceso administrativo disciplinario en su contra, y propusiera su suspensión preventiva al cargo de juez, supuestamente por que habría actuado concertada y parcializadamente en dos procesos, de los cuales a cambio habría recibido una camioneta.
