Nuevo Hospital de Tarapoto presenta serias deficiencias en infraestructura

Lo que mal comienza mal acaba, reza un dicho popular que muy bien encaja en el informe que hoy vamos a presentar y está referido al moderno hospital de Tarapoto, una mega obra que en tan solo un año de funcionamiento presenta una serie de deficiencias, tanto de infraestructura, sistema eléctrico así como en equipamiento biomédico y que le ha costado al Estado peruano unos 150 millones de Soles, la obra comenzó en junio del 2014 y fue entregada en el mes de setiembre del año pasado, La ejecución estuvo a cargo del Consorcio San Martín I, integrado por Incot SAC Contratistas Generales y Constructora y Representaciones Cerro Verde SAC.
En setiembre del 2017 el programa Enfoques tiene acceso a documentos oficiales de la Contraloría General específicamente de la Unidad de megaproyectos en donde da a conocer mediante el informe N°306- 2017 que es la investigación del periodo 3 de setiembre del 2012 hasta el 30 de setiembre del 2016 es decir desde el proceso de construcción del hospital de contingencia de la Banda de Shilcayo, en aquella oportunidad Contraloría le alerta a los funcionarios del Proyecto Huallaga, sobre seis observaciones que inclusive linda con el ilícito penal, de las cuales tres referidas al hospital de contingencia y tres referidas específicamente al hospital MINSA de Tarapoto.
