El mismo que se había visto estancado por el presunto mal accionar de funcionarios de confianza del alcalde Onésimo Huamán Daza. E incluso por presuntos intereses personales del burgomaestre.
Resulta que es el estado actual de la ruta empalme puente Nieves – Uchumullaca – Progreso – Las Flores de Mamonaquihua. Se encuentra en estas terribles condiciones. Una ruta vecinal de más de 10 kilómetros que se halla abandonada, e intransitable.
