Hospitales para atender casos de COVID-19 en la región San Martín

Segunda semana luego de declararse el estado de emergencia en el país, más de 600 han sido los casos de coronavirus que se han detectado a nivel nacional. En San Martín 88 casos han sido descartados y 92 faltaban ser procesados, están en observación, mientras que dos casos fueron confirmados, uno importado en Tarapoto, y otro autóctono, detectado en la cuidad de Juanjui.
Ante esta situación de incremento de casos, vía el Facebook oficial del Gobierno Regional, el gobernador Pedro Bogarin daba esta semana un mensaje, señalando que se rehabilitarán e implementarán los ex hospitales de contingencia del distrito de La Banda de Shilcayo, de Moyobamba y el antiguo hospital de la provincia de Tocache, específica y únicamente para convertirse en centros de atención contra el coronavirus.
Asimismo, el gobernador regional dijo que, en caso de los hospitales de Bellavista y Saposoa, estás estarían siendo tomadas como posibles centros de contingencia en caso de aumento de pacientes con coronavirus.
