Esta lamentable historia inicia en junio del 2016, cuando la joven de iniciales M.P.S. en ese entonces con 17 años, de edad, a fin de continuar sus estudios superiores ingresó al Instituto Superior Tecnológico de la provincia de Bellavista en la carrera Técnica de Construcción Civil.
Cursaba el primer semestre-2016; teniendo como docente a Marlon Durand Silva, un técnico en construcción civil; este docente sería el responsable de este grave hecho que hoy denuncia esta jovencita.
