Dicen que la vos del pueblo es la voz de Dios. Y esta voz se dejó sentir en la asamblea popular realizada la noche del último viernes, en la plaza central del distrito de Juan Guerra. Dónde la población de esta localidad se levantó para reunirse y exigir a su alcalde, quien estuvo ausente, de cuentas claras de las denuncias por presuntos actos de corrupción y hasta coimas que se habrían dado en sus primeros cuatro meses de gestión.
