El Instituto Superior Tecnológico Nor Oriental De La Selva, considerada uno de los tecnológicos públicos de excelencia en la amazonía peruana, está en medio del ojo de la tormenta, por la forma de cómo a finales del 2019 se dio el proceso de selección al cargo de director general de ese instituto que terminó por entregar el cargo al licenciado Juan Andrés Maguiña Campos, ex administrador de esta institución e integrante del comité de selección de dicho proceso.
Esta historia inicia el 9 de octubre del 2019, cuando con esta resolución directoral regional n° 1441, el licenciado Juan Orlando Vargas Rojas, dispuso convocar al proceso de encargatura de puestos y funciones de directores generales de los institutos de educación superior tecnológicos en la jurisdicción de la dirección regional de educación de san Martín. Además, de conformar el comité de selección para conducir dicho proceso.
Como parte del mismo, en este cuadro se halla la lista de los integrantes titulares de dicho comité de selección, está el nombre de Juan Andrés Maguiña Campos, entonces jefe de administración del IESTP – Nor Oriental de la Selva. Listado que según esta misma resolución fue publicada en el portal institucional de la DRE.
De ahí el proceso se sigue con normalidad hasta el 29 de octubre 2019, fecha en la que se emite, luego de un proceso se supone dirigida por el comité de procesos de selección, un cuadro de evaluación de cargo de director general del IEST – NOR ORIENTAL DE LA SELVA, en la que aparecen como los dos únicos candidatos elegibles a ese cargo a estos dos docentes del Tecnológico Nor Oriental de la Selva.
Sin embargo, este mismo comité con fecha 5 de noviembre 2019, emite otro cuadro, pero esta vez bajo el argumento de reclamos. Aparece el nombre Maguiña Campos Juan Andrés, a quien según este mismo cuadro se le evaluó su expediente, de acuerdo a lo declarado en la ficha de postulante y se le declaró apto.
Esto originó la reacción inmediata de quienes conforman el sindicato de docentes del tecnológico.
