Después de la muerte de un joven por falta de oxígeno en el hospital se descubrió la precaria situación en la que se encuentra el sistema de salud en nuestra región. Esperamos que con el nuevo director del hospital de contingencia de Tarapoto la situación mejore pues el anterior se fue dejando una «papa caliente».
