Este lunes que pasó a pedido de un gran sector de la población, el alcalde convocó a sesión extraordinaria en donde se trató el tema del cuestionado alcalde, la población se posesionó en el frontis de la municipalidad atentos a lo que sucedía en el interior del local, a pesar del llamado a la calma y al entendimiento del presidente del Frente, la población no aceptaba.
Luego de varias horas de debate los regidores conformaron una comisión encargada de presentar un informe pidiendo de acuerdo a su reglamento interno el pedido de sanción por 30 días sin goce de haber para el alcalde Nelo Pérez, pedido que ha sido formalizado ayer viernes, el pedido de sanción es por falta grave, es decir por haber agredido físicamente a José Moreno.
